Worlds 2022 Vendor Information

The UCWDC invites you to participate as a vendor at the 2022 Country Dance World Championships at the Rosen Centre in Orlando, Florida January 2-9, 2022. We typically host more than 1,000 guests from over 20 countries. We expect another memorable event and look forward to partnering with outstanding vendors to offer quality merchandise and services.

The vendor area is located in the Pre-function area between the Junior Ballroom (Workshops) and the Executive Ballroom (Competition).

2022 Sponsorship Opportunities

The UCWDC is continually looking for opportunities to give back to our dance community. Sponsorship goals include funding Championship Belt Buckles and creating scholarships. If you or someone you know would like to contribute, please review the information below. The UCWDC is a 501(c)(3) and all donations are tax deductible.

2022 UCWDC Worlds Sponsorship Packet

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. If you are sick or have recently been exposed to someone who is sick, please do not attend the event. Temperature checks will occur at designated posts in the hotel lobby and the performance venue. We request that you wear a mask and social distance based on the CDC guidelines https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/communication/guidance.html and the Rosen Centre protocols. Registrant information will be retained should there be a need for communication as a part of contact tracing. In the case of confirmed exposure, you should be prepared to quarantine for the time period determined by your local health authorities. Worlds specific protocols will be posted prior to the event and updated as needed based on CDC guidelines.
